It was the great pleasure of Grant Moy and myself to introduce this German game to Moritz and his lovely wife Andrea upon the occasion of their visit to San Francisco (in 2004 was it?). We were stunned that they had not played it before -- I guess we Americans just imagine all Germans playing all German games all of the time. :) Anyway, as I recall, we dealt with Moritz rather brutally in the first hand, but by the end of the second it was he who was taking us to the cleaners!

Anyway, this game is definitely a lot of fun, for dedicated trick taking card game players especially. And now with not one but two different 2-player variants!
