as for the "All" problem you've mentioned:
take a look at the cardlist , that should solve your problem
("All" means "all players", not "all cards")
The only thing that's not covered by the rules is the issue if a player also does get points from quest cards like for example "Dragon Tale - Chapter 1" if he's not the only one with the most cards of a certain type...
The answer is "yes", he gets the points...
it doesn't matter if it's only you who has the most cards of a certain type, or if there are ties between the players...
so ties do count...
